Track workouts are every Tuesday morning beginning at 5:45am. Coaches will be on the track from 5:45am to 7:05am. Get there in time to run a few laps prior to some dynamic stretching at 6:00.

*Parking is available on the left side of the school in the student lot.
Who runs at the Track Workout?
All are invited to this free group workout!
There are multiple workout options for athletes of all levels, regardless of their goals. You can also bring your own workout.
What do you need to bring to the Track Workout?
Bring water, and optional towel or yoga mat for ground stretches, and a good attitude!
Coach George Darden is the lead coach for this workout. Although you may see a few of the other coaches running laps with the athletes.
