Thursday Runs are every Thursday morning beginning at 5:45am. Coaches will gather the athletes for a group start and to help runner find the appropriate pace group androute for their experience level.

All are invited to this free group workout!
There are multiple route options for athletes of all levels, regardless of their goals. You can also bring your own running buddy. ITL has a vast range of runners of all paces. A coach can help you find another runner with whom to connect.
*Running lights or reflective gear are highly encouraged.
