Trail Runs are every Sunday morning beginning at 7:45am. Coaches will gather the athletes for a group start and to help runners find the appropriate pace group and route for their experience level.

All are invited to this free group workout!
There are multiple route options for athletes of all levels, regardless of their goals there are plenty of trails. Whether you are running 30mins or 3 hours, there are great trail options for you. You can also bring your own running buddy. ITL has a vast range of runners of all paces. A coach can help you find another runner with whom to connect.
