ITL Coaching and Performance is excited to be the triathlon trainer partner for the 2018 Tri The Parks and we hope you will join us this season in your training and racing season.


We offer training plans for all levels of athletes that are looking for some guidance; whether it's your first triathlon or you want to take your race to the next level. Coached plans are designed as a 12-week progression with 2 workouts in each discipline each week. Most of these workouts mirror our group calendar and we invite you to join us as much as you can to our coach-led training sessions suited for all skills, levels, and abilities. If you can't join us for a training session, this plan will offer specific workout to follow.


Plans are simple to follow. A Free or Premium membership to TrainingPeaks is required to access the plan. You will be able to track your progress and results.

At ITL Coaching and Performance, our mission is to build strong bonds between coaches and athletes through endurance sports. We offer programs for all types of athletes with all types of goals. Our communal approach to coaching means we always have someone to answer your questions.


We offer open group workouts with instruction, encouragement, and coaches in attendance. Whether you are training for a sprint triathlon, a 5k, a marathon, or an Ironman, we have someone to help you reach your goals.
