COMMUNITY

The Coaches and Athletes of ITL believe in giving back to the community. This is done through a variety of platforms to fit the skills of each individual.  ITL athletes participate in service projects, charity events, and fundraisers.  We provide educational material, podcasts, and blog posts full of resources.  Group workouts are offered to athlete of all skill levels. We are glad to give back to our community!
