ITL Coaching and Performance exists to build a community of athletes set of reaching goals and serving the community.  Our LINK program does just that, provides opportunities for athletes to give back to the community.  Just as a bicycle would not move forward without the chain links there to connect the movements, we realize that we can not move forward without being connected to the community. Join ITL for a LINK day as we provide opportunities to give back to the community.​​
