ITL ABC Hill Repeats are every Wednesday evening, during Daylight Savings, beginning at 6:45 pm. Coaches will gather the athletes for a group start. Please meet at 6:30 pm.

Who attends the ITL ABC Hill Repeats?
All are invited to this free group workout!
Designed for both Runners and Cyclists!
Coaches will lead the group through an easy warm-up ride/run before gathering at the base of The Hill. At that time, athletes will complete consecutive hill repeats until the time comes for the entire group to return to the meeting area.
*Running lights, bike lights, and/or reflective gear are highly encouraged.
What do you need to bring to the ITL ABC Hill Repeats?
Bring water, safety equipment* (lights, helmets, reflective gear, etc), and a good attitude!

Coach Jerome is the lead coach for this workout. Look for him showing up on his bike after riding straight from work!
