Who swims at the Friday Masters?

All are invited. Contact ITL for related fees.

Masters Swims are open to all adults over the age of 18. There are lanes for all skill levels. Benefits include coaching, consistency, comraderie, structure, and competetiveness.

*Note: These are coached swim workouts. Please contact ITL if you would like swim lessons pr private swim coaching.

What do you need to bring to the Friday Masters?

Bring water, a towel, goggles, swim tools, and a good attitude!

*Lockers rooms and pull-buoys are available for your convenience.

Who coaches the Friday Masters?
