Your John Tanner 12 Week Training Plan
ITL Coaching and Performance is excited to be the triathlon training partner for the 2017 Tri The Parks race series. We are glad you will join us this season in your training and racing. We've created a free dynamic training plan for sprint distance triathletes that are looking for some training guidance.
This plan is designed as a 12-week progression with 2 workouts in each discipline each week. Most of these workouts mirror our group training calendar; we invite you to join us as much as you can to our coach-led training sessions suited for all skills, levels, and abilities. If you can't join us for a training session, this plan will offer a specific workout alternative.
